DESCRIPTION:The Extraordinary General Meeting 2024 will take place online on 28 November 2024 at 13.00 UTC+0. The general meeting is open to all\, while only MyData Global members are entitled to vote during the meeting. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTime: 28 November 2024\, at 13.00 UTC+0. \n\n\n\n\nSee your local time here\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nOnline meeting: The general meetings are held ‘online first’ in Zoom. \n\n\n\nNo registration: No prior registration is needed. The link and password to join the Zoom call will be sent to all members before the meeting. \n\n\n\nVoting codes: All members in good standing as of 29 October 2024 will receive their voting code via email before the meeting. \n\n\n\nThe meeting is organised according to the association’s bylaws. Voting codes will be sent no later than 24 hours before the general meeting to those members who are in good standing 30 days before the general meeting. \n\n\n\nPolicy of meeting assistants (bots): A member who wants to use bots for notetaking must inform MyData Global before the meeting via email.
