SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting 25th June 2026
DESCRIPTION:The Annual General Meeting will take place online on the 25th June 2026 at 12.00 UTC+0. The meeting is open to all\, but only MyData Global members are entitled to vote  throughout the voting period which is held on line through voting codes.  \n\n\n\nThe Board will present the the complete 2025 financial documentation and an updated picture for 2026 as we implement the renewal plan through Member volunteers. \n\n\n\nThe voting to approve the Annual Report and Accounts will start at 13:00 UTC+0 on 25th June 2026. Voting takes place online. The voting is open for 72 hours until 12:00 UTC+0 on Sunday\, 28th June 2026.  \n\n\n\nThe Annual General Meeting will resume at 12:00 UTC+0 on 29th June 2026 to announce the voting results. If you have any questions\, please contact paula.bellow@mydata.org \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTime: June 2026\, at 12.00 UTC+0. \n\n\n\n\nSee your local time here\n\n\n\nAdd to your calendar\n\n\n\n\nOnline meeting: The general meetings are held ‘online first’. \n\n\n\nAgenda and materials:  The detailed agenda and supporting materials will be distributed 7 days in advance of the meeting and can be viewed online in a Members only shared folder. \n\n\n\nNo registration: No prior registration is needed.
