The MyData Community Meeting is open to all the organizations that are taking an active role in the personal data ecosystem, whether companies providing solutions or research institutes, regulatory bodies or not-for profit organizations. Feel free to pass this invitation to relevant people.

 

The event starts with pre-meetings at 3PM on Thursday Nov. 23rd and officially for everybody at 5PM.
On Friday (the main day) we will workshop productively until 4PM.

 

Let’s travel together! If you fly to Copenhagen on Thursday, you can catch the same train with MyData2018 conference team and use the 3,5 hour ride for some MyData talk. The direct train to Aarhus is leaving from Copenhagen airport at 10.38 and Copenhagen train station at 11.00

If you’re staying in Aarhus for the Friday night, join the MyData conf team for dinner in town.

3PM - 5PM - Pre-meetings

For those arriving earlier we offer possibility to freely book meeting rooms to be used for 1-to-1 or small group pre-meetings. Coffee and snacks available.

We encourage you to use such opportunity and tighten the relationships between the members of the personal data community.

There are two announced pre-meetings already:

  • Partner Matchmaking for EU Funding Calls (Antti ‘Jogi’ Poikola will facilitate)
  • MyData 2018 Programme Planning (Tanel Mällo will facilitate)
  • Focus on choice and structure of program tracks
  • MyData Local Hubs development & idea sharing (Sille Sepp will facilitate, slides)

Showcase your product or project at a table during breaks

There is space for 10 interested organisations to have a light weight show&tell table during the breaks. This is for free and it is intended to be simple home-base to showcase your doings for other participants, focus is on discussions and networking. Recommended setting would be one person and laptop (if you want to show something) + possibly a roll-up and some print-outs if you feel like.

In the end of the previous meeting in Berlin we agreed on the important next steps for the community. In the same manner we reserve time for conclusions that will shape the path where we want to go after Aarhus.
