MyData Global Extraordinary General Meeting 28 May 2026

The Extraordinary General Meeting to approve the proposed new MyData Operating Model will take place online on 28 May 2026 at 12.00 UTC+0. The general meeting is open to all, but only MyData Global members are entitled to vote during the meeting.
The voting to approve the new MyData Operating will start at 13:00 UTC+0 on 28 May. Voting takes place online. The voting is open for 72 hours until 13:00 UTC+0 on Sunday, 31 May.
The extraordinary general meeting will resume at 12:00 UTC+0 on 1 June to announce the voting results. If you have any questions, please contact teller hello@mydex.org

Online meeting: The general meetings are held ‘online first’.
Agenda and materials: The detailed agenda and supporting materials will be distributed 7 days in advance of the meeting
No registration: No prior registration is needed. The link and password to join the meeting will be sent to all members before the meeting.
Bylaws and voting and elections regulations: The meeting is organised according to the association’s bylaws and voting regulations.
Voting codes: All members in good standing as of 20 May 2026 will receive their voting code via email before the meeting.

Practicalities
Online participation: The password to join the Zoom call and voting codes will be sent to all members in good standing as of 20 May 2026 before the meeting.
General best practices:
- Please keep your microphone muted by default to avoid potential sound issues.
- The meeting is moderated by the Chair.
- If you’d like to make a comment or proposal, please indicate this by raising your hand in Zoom
- NB. If you are dialled into the meeting using a phone number, you will not be able to raise your hand or participate in indicative voting.
